NYDA will schedule & attend (1) Final Construction Inspection for the project. NYDA will notify owner in advance of the approximate time and date and will arrive on-site with required approved plans and required documents. NYDA will walk inspector through the site and obtain written document of inspection results. If Upwards are required, NYDA will prepare request equipment inspection and card sign off. Please note that the owner is responsible to provide safe access to all parts of the premises which includes ladders for safe access to rooftop equipment.
