If your property is located within 75' of an MTA structure or of the DOB lists your property as MTA restricted, you may be required to file with MTA. NYDA staff will visit MTA office at 4 Broadway (located in NYC), and request record drawings of MTA structures located in the vicinity of your project.   NYDA will then purchase copies for your use. (Note:  records may non-existent or un-useful. If no records are found, an official receipt will be provided to that effect.)
