NYDA staff will visit LPC offices at 1 Centre Street and request record plans, permits, photos and drawings of prior applications or designation reports as related to your property.   NYDA will then purchase copies for your use. (Note: records may non-existent or un-useful. If no records are found, an official receipt will be provided to that effect.) Printing fees additional.
