NYDA will prepare application paperwork and file the sidewalk and curb paving drawings and specifications with NYCDOT & the Department of Buildings under an Alteration type 3 filing.  NYDA will obtain objections from the city and resubmit revisions if required. NYDA will secure approval of site paving  engineering  drawings.
