Prior to planning an approval, the DOB will require a certification from a NYC licensed asbestos investigator that the scope of work will not disturb asbestos. NYDA will coordinate with an outside consultant, who will visit the site as required, collect samples, conduct laboratory analysis and file the required documents with the Department of Environmental Protection. (limited to small projects and subject to inspection)
 
Price does not include city fees and lab samples which will be billed to you and paid prior to ACP-5 issuance.
