NYDA staff will visit city agencies and request record, plans, Certificates of occupancies, violations which are a necessary part of due diligence. NYDA will then purchase copies for your use (printing fees additional).
Note:  records may no- existent or un-useful. If no records are found, an official receipt will be provided to that effect.  Printing charge is additional.
